Mid-Century Heavy Hinged Bangle Sterling, Mexico c. 1960

This finely-made bangle has intricate, swirling recessed openwork and three faceted synthetic alexandrites that change from a greyish green (the camera isn't picking this up but they're much greener in person) in fluorescent light to a vibrant raspberry red in incandescent light.  Heavy and made in Mexico circa 1960.

Interior measures 2 3/8 x 2".  Measures 1 1/4" wide.

Stamped "HECHO EN MEXICO LB STERLING 925".  Unknown maker.

Weighs 85 grams.
